I heartily recommend Matt's blog to anyone serious about poetry.
It's in my blogroll at right.
For some reason, I think of Brooklyn and Matt as Poetry Dioscuri, and it is appropriate that their PQ5 responses came in so close in time...no they're not "getting it on," you freaks....
I just met them both on Goodreads and they're both poetry's future and all that good stuff...
Oh, I just got the "azure" answer, Matt. LOL. I just fucking copied that quote from somebody else's profile.
I ain't got nuttin' against azure.
Hart Crane uses it in a creamy way, I think...molto gay though...azure was "born that way." Like Clay Aiken. Who is a gentleman btw. I am impressed with Clay. Not his singing. Fuck no. But he's very sweet. Did you see him on that Can You Outsmart a Fucking Obnoxious Kindergartner or whatever it's called? Very sweet. Susie Asado sweet.
Assez! Basta!

Thank you, sir, for the kind words. I'd also like to point out that I didn't see Brooklyn's answers until after I sent in mine—some of our answers side by side make for funny comparisons.
De rien, m'sieur.
Indeed, the sympatico drift...you and B....
It's because we're both Hoosiers. Though only ONE of us is still proud of the fact.
;)
Oh. Hahahaha.
I didn't know Matt was!
I always misplace Indiana on the map.
I want to listen to Violet Indiana (I think the name)...a band formed after Cocteau Twins broke up by one of its members...
But I never have...
I wonder if they're good...
And I like Gary Indiana.
None of this has anything to do with Indiana.
I know. I know.
James Dean. John Cougar Mellencamp.
There.
Orville Redenbacher, Eugene V. Debs, Theodore Dreiser, Josh Bell (poet), Joshua Bell (violinist), Carole Lombard, Sydney Pollack, Cole Porter, Hoagy Carmichael, Kurt Vonnegut, Dodie Bellamy, Brenda Coultas, Clayton Eshleman... There's a few more for you. The first four are Terre Hautians, like me.
Brooklyn, I'm okay with it now—it's a blue state.
Goodness, I had no idear.
I want to go to Indiana one winter to film myself in a version of Morrissey's "Suedehead."
I want to wear the same coat, which will look ridiculous on me considering the height deficit and the weight surplus.
But it will still be a good video.
Especially when I ride on the tractor.
Violet Indiana is an amazing combination. Dreeeeeeampop!
I am in love with Indiana. My soul is tied down here.
How will i not like it?
It's like, Robin.
From the Cocteau Twins.
I think I had the custody syndrome.
I felt I was with Liz and Robin had done her wrong.
So I didn't listen to it.
I guess eventually I will.
But Liz is a goddess.
One mustn't scotch goddesses.
One mustn't scotch Scotch goddesses.
Especially.
She's from Grangemouth.
I like to say Grangemouth.
I'm sure it's pronounced "muth" at the end, not "mouth."
You know how they are.
L'Ecosse est hot.
