What a strange and strangely effective film!
Those eerie sfumato murals and is there actually smoke in the room or is that the effect of those ancient murals?
They seemed to be going for a grisaille effect.
I found this because I was admiring that His Name is Alive video done by The Brothers Quay again, and wanted to see what else they had done.
Is that Alice Krige?
If so, judging by her age this thing must be at least twenty years old, and probably older.
I have to find more films by these guys now!
