I like Boully's footnoting. I also liked David Foster Wallace's footnoting in that hilarious classic story of relentless neuroticism. Who knew it was probably completely autobiographical? Well, I guess the noose knew.
But nobody added me yesterday.
So I'm sad. And unhappy.
