thanks to ron silliman

for linking to my wee appraisal of John Taggart's magnificent Unveil (over at my Cerebral Douchebag blog).

And thanks to Devin for sending me the complete book, which is downstairs on my dining room table. I look very much forward.

You have a great press/catalogue, Devin.

And I like your poetry quite a bit.

One of my two or three favorites. WAVE BOOKS is another.

If you ever want to see a manuscript, just holler.

I'm getting to the old lady wandering the boardwalk in Atlantic City phase when it comes to seeking a publisher.

It's true I haven't written a single solicitation to an editor in years, but I want it to happen magically.

That doesn't happen much, does it?

Magic invitations in poetry.

I don't even enter the contests for years.

I can't stand the sound of the Scotch tape anymore.

Or those funny little push pins that spread their legs so salaciously once you put them through the holes in the paper.

I'm getting old.
